Ordered Black Forest Ham.. again did not receive Black Forest Ham, but what looked and tasted like a boiled ham. Also missing a half lb of Swiss cheese. Their Swiss cheese is excellent, as is the roast beef. Wish they would clear up the Black Forest Ham issue. Ordered a few times and it was only correct once.

Rolls have a hard crust, prefer the softer rolls they used to have. The sandwiches were good. I ordered extra cold cuts and for the second time I did not receive the Black Forest ham as ordered... it was just reg ham.
Also none of the cold cuts are labeled with type of meat/cheese or the weight.

Cheeseburger sub was DELISH! The bread soft and the burger itself cooked to perfection. For the price I paid I'm pleasantly surprised! ☺️
