• 10/3/24The sesame balls were perfectly golden and crispy on the outside, with a sweet, chewy filling that was simply irresistible. Each bite was a delightful blend of texture and flavor.
The Thai tea was the perfect companion—rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. It’s refreshing and incredibly satisfying.

• 4/28/26The Jasmine Milk Tea with the Basil Popcorn Chicken is such a delicious combination. The chicken is perfectly salty combined with the floral bubbly jasmine tea. It's always so fresh and a perfect size for one or sharing.

• 12/1/25Some of the best Popcorn Chicken I've had. It's a little too salty but this is my second time ordering and I ordered to servings this time. The next best popcorn chicken I've had his T4u in Natomas specifically, I'd say Teabay is really close to how crunchy and flavorful their popcorn chicken is.

• 11/24/24A few months ago, I told myself I would never go back here. I should have stayrd away. Egg Rolls (Vegan) were cold and very oily, and Tater Tots were bland and oily. Spam Musubi was passable, but you cam get better musubi at any Hawaiian BBQ place. Waste of money.

• 7/7/23Inari (4 pcs) & Spam Musubi (2 pcs): Spam is cut about half as thick as other places, but was covered with a thin layer of Teriyaki sauce and quite tasty. And this is the first place where they know that Inari is not usually served with wasabi. I was going to eat them at separate times, but I could not help eating them both in one sitting. Well done!
