Generous serving of the D17. Salt and Pepper Fish Fillet椒盐鱼片. Also, the D2. Sesame Ball 芝麻球 is really good and it was buy one get one free (One order comes with 8 pieces so I got 16 pieces for the price of one!) Good deal!

T13. Black Bean Sauce w/ Pork 豆豉小炒肉片 was decent. Flavor was kinda weak and not much meat
C10. Salt & Pepper Chicken Rice Plate 椒盐鸡盖饭 was bad. I wouldn't call it salt & pepper chicken by any means. It would be significantly more accurate to call it popcorn chicken. It was good by popcorn chicken standards, but I would give it a 1* rating if you're looking for actual salt&pepper chicken

The orange D19. Orange Chicken 橙香鸡 was soggy, didn't taste like orange chicken it was bitter and tasted like vinegar. The "fried A1. Fried Rice 炒饭 over cooked, the D14. Walnut Shrimp 核桃虾 the walnuts were burnt and the A4. Chow Fun 炒河粉 even though I paid $2 extra to be combination meat, it had only 3 pieces of beef and 1 shrimp.

The Beef Chow Fun is some of the best I have ever had in the San Jose area. I always come back for more! However, today I also ordered vegetable spring rolls. These are supposed to be crispy, but they arrived soggy. They were closed in a box and the trapped steam stole the crispness. It would be helpful to poke holes in the box for these items meant to be crispy, so that they arrive as they were intended to be eaten. Thank you!
