The bbq pork was not "Texas Bbq" as I know it to be. No mesquite; the sauce had far too much vinegar hiding the flavor of the pork shoulder. The carrot soufflé was interesting but too sweet for a dinner side (better as dessert). The coleslaw was passable. The cornbread required the slice. Overall disappointing.steaming to re-hydrate

Lacked a little flavor for me via the ribs/brisket, brisket was better in the way it was cooked - super tender, the ribs felt a lil dry and bland but the sauce itself was really good and i was wishing it was one of the side sauces (got all of them but none was the same as that one). Potato salad was unique and yummy. Beans were okay, basic -- could def be elevated. But overall price/taste would not encourage me to get this again and I'd try someplace else.

Lot package for very little, plus they forgot my coleslaw.
