you get slivers of fish a couple of slices of sausage and a couple of shrimp. The sauce is good but overall it is disappointing.

Etouffee sauce is flavored by the trinity in the roux based gravy, but also by the seafood within. When you cook the seafood separately from the gravy, you end up with an (1) etouffee that doesn't taste like anything, and (2) seafood with the wrong texture. The fish were great, but the central part of the dish was bland and forgettable.

Food is delicious, pick up is confusing. Even if you placed the order for yourself you can't pick it up through the drive thru. Received a notification my food was ready, when I went inside to pick it up I was given a buzzer and had to wait another 10 min for my food. Will definitely eat here again but will not order online.

Used to love these sausage plates but mine arrived raw like fresh out the pack raw on the inside !
