The best pancakes I have ever had. The pancakes were huge and fresh. Plus the sauce and crushed Oreo made it enjoyable

This used to be my favourite place but after the last few times I cant keep spending money here. This afternoon my partner and I ordered 2 shakes and 1 waffle and pancakes. My thickshake was a normal shake that just costed extra. My partners shake was not even close to full and his pancakes were cold. My waffle had no sauce and the sauce i paid extra for was missing which meant i could not eat mine. Waste of $70.

I love the waffles and have ordered them so many times by waistline hates me. The Oreo Waffles are my go-to, but sadly tonight I was left broken-hearted as I feel like an essential ingredient was forgotten!
The Nutella pool that my Oreos usually soak in, was mostly absent thus leaving my waffle and Oreo pieces parched to the point that not even the delicious vanilla bean ice cream could repair.
I shall perhaps need to make return visit, primarily to ensure that this was a one-off rare affair, tragic incident, and not an ongoing issue. Should it manifest this way again, I don't know what I shall do but will be sure to leave a follow up novella.
