I have ordered religiously at least once a week at work for a while! They were always great! The past two times the food has been sub par! Time before last my chicken tenders were over cooked and chewy and they messed up all my sauces (that they charge for). Today they messed up my sauces again and the cookies I ordered were burnt! The past two times it's taken forever so they have sent a plain loaf of bread with my order. What the heck am i going to do with a plain loaf of bread? Dont think I'll be using them again!

It needs to say on DoorDash that this is from carrabas. The food is terrible and if I have ordered before but a while ago. If I knew this was the same place I wouldnt have ordered. The bread on the sadeich is so toasted that could smash a car window with it. And "Nashville hot AF" is weak AF bar any sauce in the sandwich and the special Tender Shack Sauce is clearly ketchup and mayo its so red it might as well just be ketchup. Food is terrible will definitely pay attention to make sure I never order here again. Thanks for a terrible lunch

This is ridiculous how poor this sandwich was made . The fries were so soft that im not sure if they were even cooked all the way. It was so bad that i threw it sllin the garbage and ordered mcdonalds. Yall should consider closing down
