Tenders are great. Cookies are great. Nice packaging.

This virtual store is part of Carrabba's, so don't be surprised that is the packaging you get. Not an issue, just wanted it clear.
The food was alright. The tenders are crisp enough. Fries were... fried. The house sauce is just a take on ranch, wasn't a fan. Overall, decent price for middle of the road food. I got the Nashville Hot... still waiting for the heat to show up, their seasoning is mostly salt. I won't order again but I do suggest you at least try it for yourself first.

Not good at all. The "tenders" were tiny, dried out pieces of chicken and seemed like they were cooked a long time ago. It's frightening that this came from Carabba's, since their food is typically good.

I haven’t had tender shack in a while but I'm highly disappointed. Tenders are super small and not good at all

This was our first time trying Tendershack. We got a 10 piece Nashville Hot AF. It was just the normal tenders and a little sauce cup partially filled with Nashville hot seasoning for us to sprinkle on ourselves. So the food was good, just a little disappointing .
