Food was fine but not great. Ordered the miso ramen with pork and the broth was really flavorful but the pork was mostly fat. Pretty skimpy serving of meat for a high price. Only ordered because I was sick and wanted soup. Might order again but not likely.

This place has been in Princeton Junction for several years now. They have affordable prices on ramen, udon, rice bowls, Japanese curry platter, and a variety of appetizers. I ordered take-out/pick up and it was fast during a Friday Evening (5:30pm). Luckily, it was not too busy. I got my food less than 10 mins. I ordered charshu don (boneless pork shoulder/pork butt) rice bowl & Katsudon (fried and Panko-breaded) meat, you can choose pork or chicken topped with egg over rice. Both rice bowls were garnished simple (green onions and strips of seaweed strips).

Everything I ordered from here was fantastic. I had the Charshu OnigiriPork Shoyu and Mochi Ice Cream (2 pcs). The ramen was flavored perfectly, the pork was tender and wonderful. The onigiri was probably my favorite thing. With the spicy mayo it was so simple but so tasty. Everything was filling and the mango mochi was the perfect subtle sweetness to top it off. I'm only in town for work but if I ever come back again I'll definitely order it again.

probably the best ramen i've ever had. i got the veggie miso ramen and it was absolutely amazing. the food was extremely well packaged and was warm on arrival. it was the highlight of the day honestly.
