New favorite spot!! Both the 27. Biang Biang noodles with cumin lamb and the 17. Original Shaanxi style burger stuffed with pork were incredibly delicious! Only bid of feedback would be I wish the lamb was a bit less fatty, but the flavor seasoning and spice level was so on point

Half of the 26. Three in One Biang Biang Noodles had only pork fat and not actual meat. The taste of the 17. Shaanxi Style Burger with Pork was bland and just pure salt, no depth of flavor, not fresh. Shame, it used to be a really good place. Unfortunately will be moving on from this place, will not order again. 05/2026

Really flavorful dishes and decent service. I've been a customer at Terracotta a few times now and they have always delivered good service and food. This time around i ordered togo a 27. Biang Biang noodles with cumin lamb and the meat portion was abysmal. It came with 3 pieces of small meat and the rest noodles. Perhaps this was a one off experience, but please consider putting at least a few more pieces.

Delicious northern China cuisine. A must. Only place in San Francsico for Chinese burger (pork pita burger). Would suggest some veggies (peppers) to make it more juicy. Seaweed side dish was our favorite. The 3-bang noodle is very filling.

17. Shaanxi Style Burger with Pork overly greasy with soggy bun. 26. Three in One Biang Biang Noodles disappointing and bland 41. Braised Chicken w/ Potato & Hot Green Pepper in the pictures the sauce looked thick and savory instead I got bland watery boiled chicken soup with some peppers thrown in for a kick Steamed Rice the only good item
