The Joojeh 2 Skewer Plate is a rip off i paid 30$ for deadset 4 pieces of chicken which were rock hard pretty much the rice was cold and actually trash if you want good authentic persian food go to merrylands this place is garbage or order maccas or 5star also this isn't the first time i have ordered this i try to give it a 3rd chance and failed all 3 times i also don't leave reviews but i had to so i could save you're time and money

We usually order Persian food from a restaurant in Merrylands, but decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The kashke bademjan was bland and runny (pictured), and the deluxe mixed platter wasn’t worth the price. The portion size was small, and the red meat was quite tough, although the chicken was decent. Based on our experience, we wouldn’t recommend these dishes.

The lamb kebab was off most likely old stale food, it tasted sour and had a spongy texture to it. The chicken kebab skewer came in 4 tiny pieces half of the skewer was missing. Two stars becuse the slice of cake was good and so was the fried chicken.

Come on! This is not how the foods meant to be.. I ordered even after I read the bad reviews and I now agree with most that's been written. The chicken was tiny and absolutely rock hard the bread was soggy and drenched in oil. No flavour at all. Your prices are way too high for what you provide. Atleast cut your prices so people can say it was fair for what they paid for. You price food the same as a popular restaurant who serves up to their name.
