So the churasco plate I had with spicy sirloin and Brazilian sausage with black beans and garlic mashed was great. My wife ordered the Picanha beef. The only choices for meat doneness are rare to medium rare and medium to medium well. Not wanting to risk a rare steak my wife chose medium to medium well and it came out beyond well done. It was practically inedible. This is a barbecue restaurant. It would seem they could offer all 5 degrees of doneness and avoid this kind of results.
