Spicy tenders are perfectly spicy! The biscuits are pretty amazing. So good I had the same thing the next night too!

The quality of this place has gone down so much in the last couple of years. I got the hell burger with beef bacon and there was a funky smell coming out of it. I tried to eat it but couldn't get myself to because it tasted so bad. The american cheese also tastes horrible. The Astoria location is much better. Never eating back here. Wish I could get my $30 back.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! I always go to the selden location and they are always on top of their game, they have the BEST Hellu sauce, always amazing fries and of course burgers always on point. But this Hicksville location is so bad on so many accounts. The hell sauce sucks, it tastes like Buffalo sauce. The fries were so gross and brown and wrinkly when I got them, clearly not fresh. The burger was mediocre. Bottom line just go to the selden location you won't regret it.

First time. Everything was delicious. Biscuits are the best out of anyone, food was well prepared not just thrown in the box. Will definitely order again

Fries and cobbler were the only good things. The spicy sandwich needs to be renamed "salty" because oh my goodness, it was the saltiest thing I've ever tried, practically inedible. Cherry on top was that I didn't get biscuit I ordered. Please do better.
