First time trying. Well-packaged and order was correct. The LARGE HAND CUT FRIES were fantastic; thin, crisp fresh and a generous portion. The FILL'R UP burgers were properly cooked and very good. My only complaint is that the blue cheese option for the burger is more of a dipping sauce or salad dressing than just cheese

Perfectly. Loved the half and half fries and one order plenty for my husband and I to share. The FILL'R UP are excellent as well.

Fries were over cooked and on the dark brown side. The burgers should be labeled, I had to open both burgers up and look inside to see which one was which. Bacon was over cooked and burnt.

Great fries and flavor in sauces the chicken was just a little too thick and hard to bite into not a tender piece that I got

the American Kobe came medium rare when ordered to be well done. If they don't believe that you want it well done, they should call to confirm. The other burger was so small it should have been a slider. Mixed fries were ok. Cold. Strange because they are about a mile and a half away. Underwhelming.
