Food was great - the kid crushed the ribs. Door dasher was fantastic and updated me - with is super thoughtful as I am in another state for work sending dinner to the family

Completely unacceptable. I ordered the Friday’s Big FRIDAYS™ Big Ribs expecting a proper, cohesive rack, but what I received looks like random scraps thrown into a container. As you can see in, they are completely separated into single pieces instead of coming together like they usually do. It looks so unappetizing that i’m not even eating it. Highly inconsistent and poor quality.

This is one of our favorite meals but tonight it was not good for anyone of us. We all ordered the same and all agree that the taste was off. The pasta sauce taste like they sued old cheese or whipping cream - not fresh at all and there was nothing Cajun about the Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta - the seasoning was big time lacking. The portion size was good but unfortunately the meal was not.

Burnt chicken sandwich.
Unbeatable spinach dip
Forgot to add chips with the dip
Forgot fountain soda
Sauce for onion rings was nasty and the onion rings were way over cooked.

It was horrible. The food was horrible. It was dry. They packaged it almost as if they didn't care who received it. This was a waste of money and it is very disrespectful of somebody to pay money to get this quality. Reach out to the store. it was a Saturday night so I guess they were busy. Don't know exactly what happened but they didn't get it. Respond back. Very bad service very bad quality.
