I forgot how delicious Thai Bistro food is. The Cucumber Salad was crisp and fresh. The Pad Thai also was fresh and saucy, not dry like other delivered noodle dishes I've had from other places. The Pad Thai components were all separate, so were perfect when mixed together. Yummy.

Holy cow that gawt dang red curry. Tons of veggies. Plenty of meat I chose chicken and the curry sauce had to be one of the best I've ever had. A little sweetness and a nice heat not overpowering at all but present. Top notch.

In person, I recommend them. DoorDash leaves much to be desired. I paid extra for shimp (over $4) and only got 2 pieces in the Pineapple Curry. I got 3 pieces of chicken. Not worth the extra paid. There was some additional something in the sauce that wasn't able to be chewed.
The Pot Stickers (5) were soggy.
Everything is automatically $2 more on DoorDash as well. I won't be dashing again , but in person is likely.

I had a Seafood Roll (1) and the Pad Thai, and both were phenomenal. The staff were friendly and the food was ready fast. Thai Bistro has been one of my favorite restaurants for years, and tonight they did not disappoint!

Ordered Massaman curry with chicken and beef, pineapple fried rice, and drunken noodles. Food is quite bland and mediocre. I actually had to add salt and I never add salt to anything. Sriracha has more flavor than the curry. Food is 3 stars, but extremely small portions and high cost (about $80) puts it down to a 2. Also, $4 gets you a SINGLE egg roll.
