Thai Lao Cuisine is the best Thai food I've had in sac. My bf and I usually order the same things N40 pad Thai & S022 wonton egg noodle soup (spicy). This time we decided to also try an app & ordered the A9 fried beef balls. They aren't deep fried which I actually liked better than I thought. The slices of sausage (that's what it looks like) swimming in the sauce was delightful. We'll be ordering again soon !!

This place is OK really disappointed that the ingredients weren't super fresh. The taste is all right, but there's better places. I probably won't order here again for the price. Everything was clean and neat but it's basically just cabbage inside the spring rolls. It's not a traditional spring roll and the pad Thai was all right. It was kind of often. It was really oversized. It wasn't that good for the price.

The Shungkhaya is legitimately my favorite dessert in my area. It is custard, over purple rice, with a coconut creme sauce. Genuinely so warm and wonderful. I usually share the portion with one other person. I order it every time I go.

The S023. Lao Khao Soi tasted okay. Provided alot of vegetables, little meat, and little noodles. Basically you get mostly vegetables and broth. Noodles were cut too thick/wide for my preference and falling and breaking apart into many little pieces. Some vegetables that were provided did not need to be given such as cucumber, carrot, green beans, and lettuce which does not belong and go well with khao soi but that my preference and opinion. Broth was okay just tasted like a simple and basic pho broth. Once you add the meat stir fry with fermented bean it does add a bit of spice but not much. The meat stir fry with fermented bean had a slight bitter after taste. Not my go to place for khao soi.

The Sweet Sticky Rice & Mango that is selling for 9.95 is not a fair portion and looked like 1/4 cup of rice flattened out. Everything tasted good but that was disappointing and I won't buy from here again for that reason.
