great flavor ! was a fantastic dinner only thing is could use more noodles & rice that comes with it !

I had the Pho Noodle Soup and Fresh Rolls. Options: tripe, veg, beef for soup. Gluten free with tofu for the rolls. Soup was excellent with the options but the bean sprouts and thai basil were old - both starting to get brown and wilted. The basil less so. The fresh rolls were good although not a huge fan of iceberg lettuce. They were huge and came with peanut crumble and a strange almost tasteless clear sauce - I think there was garlic in it. But it wasn't good and was so watery it ran right through the roll. I think a nice peanut sauce that has some viscosity would be more complimentary. The lettuce was fresh and the tofu was mostly meh. You have to marinate it in something very flavourful and this wasn't. If I had to rate it against the same food I've eaten in Thailand? 2 stars. But for the area a solid 3.5. Please stop packaging everything in plastic too. There are other options. I appreciate your effort! Thank you! ขอบคุณ
