Firsly when I made the order ( during the busy lunch hours) was told would be a pretty respectable 11-21 minutes, 4 minutes later I got the message that my order was ready. And these cauliflower poppers are out of this world ( and hopefully relatively healthy). Highly recommend!

The salmon was pretty good both in the nigiri and Alaskan roll. The Sweetheart roll was nice with the spicy mayo and sweet soy glaze sauce. The restaurant was generous with condiments and utensils, much appreciated. Overall, it was a solid sushi meal.
