I'm a frequent customer of the cafe and love their food! I was disappointed on this occasion that when they were out of stock of the bagel I chose (totally fine), they didn't call to ask if I wanted a different bagel instead and just sent the dasher with the drink only. Next time I think I'll add a second option in the special requests box in case they're out of my first choice!
Otherwise, the guys at Yellow Door are great!

I wouldn't order the eggs benny again, $24 for a very disappointing eggs benny. I got it door dashed and had to assemble it myself (understandable) but was given 3 singular pieces of cheap looking Woolies ham and VERY undercooked poached eggs. And then my "iced mocha" was an iced latte instead - they did listen to my request of no whipped cream tho and I appreciate it

great food as always but pretty disappointed that i was contacted to pay extra for lactose free milk but did not receive my almond croissant. $20 for salt and pepper calamari would have also been fine if id have received more than 8 pieces. i really love this place and have been let down today.

Best store in town ! Absolutely love this cafe. Food and drinks are amazing . One of the best quality's is catering to all dietary requirements for example gluten free , dairy free, ect with all the taste still included ! lovely staff always smiling :)
