• 8/16/22Flavors are quite mild, the Kiwi Slush is very icy the pieces of ice are not smooth and consistent. Royal No. 9 Milk Tea had a very subtle tea flavor. Passionfruit Green Tea was bitter and not sweet even though we got 100% sugar. The grass jelly tasted good though!

• 11/26/23always delicious but this time the cups were leaking all over the place. seems like they were aware adobe cup had the seal and a lid on it. the lid was full of the milk over top of the seal which was kinda ick and both cups had leaked all over the bag.

• 5/6/24delivery bubble teas without straw. There is no way to drink the tea with the trio stuffs at the same time with "spoon"🙄.
tea tastes so light, not as good as usual.
properly too much milk and no enough tea.
