The Nova Lox Bagel Sandwich was fresh and delicious. The Corned Beef Sandwich was piled high with quality corned beef, and is a great value for the price.

Love The Bagel Factory! The quart of Quart of Soup - matzoh ball (I think it's some of the best in the area) is well-wrapped for travel. The Baker's Dozen Bagels are big and properly favorful and crusty while the Flavored Cream Cheese (1/2 lb.) - lite vegetable is a nice change from my usual chive. Always a weekend fav!

Always absolutely excellent quality from a personal local favorite. Never too much and never too little. Bagel sandwiches are soft and tasty and fill you up. I've never had a bad bagel from this place

I don't know why you're calling your matzoh ball  soup chicken soup with matzoh ball because it's proper New York style matzoh ball soup and it's delicious. Other places in town so they have the best matzoh ball soup but yours is the real deal. The Challah bread that came with my soup was also delicious. I am very sad that you no longer have pumpernickel bagels on your menu.

the Lox, Eggs ＆ Onion Scramble is good BUT the container your getting is maybe 1/4 filled with the actual dish and the rest is potatoes .. dude i wasn't looking for potatoes here. also Bagel with Butter stale ash
