The Chili Oil Salmon banh mi is absolutely delicious and refreshing I could truly eat it everyday. The Shrimp Toasts (2) are so flavorful and crunchy. Strawberry matcha is the perfect amount of sweet just shake it up before you open it. No notes everything is perfect.

Pros: bread was fresh (the crumb was good), well packed, the pâté was v thin layer which I personally prefer
Cons: no lemongrass (couldn't taste it one bit), the cuts were too thick--from the veggies to the meat. Thin(ner) slices would make the meat way less chewy and tough; doesn't complement well. Even the fish "sauce" for the summer rolls were a thick honey jam which was so confusing and unenjoyable to pair. The egg roll was mostly lettuce which is sad bc they use bb Shrimp (2) MIND YOU ITS $7 FOR LETTUCE ; noodles or another protein would go a long way. Also the sauce portion they gave there was diabolical (see image). Not v authentic but has potential.

It's a tragedy that I live far away because this easily became my favorite place to get banh mi. I had the grilled chicken and had to come back to grab some for my family. Their Vietnamese Milk Coffee is really good too. You will not regret ordering this.
