Crispy Pork Banh Mi was absolutely delicious, so full of flavour, well worth the 25 minute drive..
Rice Paper Rolls were delicious, they were stuck together and to the paper it came on making it a bit of a task to be able to devour.

Not sure about "Big" being the right adjective for the product, as it was very small banh Mi , I have had bigger Banh MI's from other places in Newcastle & closer to my workplace, pork belly not crispy, very bland, very basic, prob would not order again as their are better banh Mi places who make this size for a cheaper price

The BTN is just so good! I tried it once and definitely wanna try more and introduce to my friends. A sauce, a meat were done perfectly. I have been trying many Vietnamese dishes before but this one probably the best ever !

Buns were soggy from too much sauce or oil on the Lemongrass Beef, Beef was very dry but flavousome. Didn't get any Spring Onions on either one of my Banh Mis and had to add myself along with extra red onion as was very sparse.
