I've ordered Chicken Mughalai Biryani which is their #1 along with Mutton Dum Biryani.
The Chicken Mughalai Biryani full of oil dripping from the pieces and the rice was submerged in some smelly oil. The smell was hideous and after taking a bite I threw the STALE BOX away.
The Mutton Dum Biryani was very bad too. The taste is third rated because it's NOT FRESH. I wonder how a restaurant like this is being promoted as the best biriyani in KWC while there are better places.
The food tastes two or three days old because it was taken out of the freezer, reheated and sent.
I called the restauarant as soon as I ordered and informed them that I had a bad experience once, so please make sure to send good food. The lady who has answered by call was absolutely impatient and never listened to our request. On the contrary, it led into an argument.
Please dont listen to overhyped reviews and waste your money.

A Disappointing Experience: Hyderabadi Biryani
While the real Hyderabadi biryani did have a decent flavor, the experience was overall quite disappointing. The price point was significantly higher than expected, and the quality of the food didn't quite match the cost.
As for the desserts, the rasmalai was a major letdown. It lacked the traditional flavor and texture. The mango lassi was also a miss, tasting more like a mango milkshake than a refreshing lassi.
Overall, while the biryani was enjoyable, the high price, subpar quality, and disappointing desserts make it difficult to recommend this establishment.

Boneless Chicken Biryani there was excess masala mixed with rice(not as per the picture on the platform) and very spicy. it also had chicken skin

I really like the fried piece biryani but wanted to try something new this time. Ordered kali Kachi Mirchi Murgh and it was extremely hot. I like hot but it was hot to the extent where it gets unpalatable.
