The customer service is amazing !! From management, to the line staff. Each experience is amazing each time. Whether I am going to finish up work in a peaceful place, or if I'm simply in the mood for casual drinks & happy hour. I am never disappointed.
Oh yeah, this Boathouse has the BEST food out of all of them in my opinion.

The food was amazing but the portion sizes are super small. My New England Clam Chowder was half a cup full in about a 6 oz bowl . And my Apple Crisp was amazing along with the vanilla icecream but again the portion sizes are small. I paid around $30 for meal that I wish portion size was worth the $30.

Loved everything but the bread pudding. I get it every time I go. It was so dry with no sauce. Sad but true.

Not so good bagels extremely hard unable to eat horribly disappointed I eat here often no crab at all all cheese

The food was okay. There was nothing wrong with it, but for the price point, it was a little underwhelming. It's not better than most chain restaurants. We had salmon and steak. We may just need to try other menu items
