I ordered flowers for my Friend's 90th birthday and the delivery driver delivered the wrong flowers. Bouqs went over & beyond to make it right.

Agree with the other reviews. For the price and photos advertised, arrangements are on the smaller side and not very fresh. Have had better arrangements from Ralphs and Vons.. More just paying for the nice wrapping and convenience.

Most disappointing bouquet I've ever paid $48 for. Grocery store bouquets have been better put together for less. Called the shop to request some customer service on the quality and they stated this was a basic bouquet and that I should have splurged for a larger option if I wanted to receive what was advertised in the pictures.

I paid $40 extra for the "grand" bouquet and this looks smaller than the advertised photo, which is the deluxe. Flowers are nice but this is definitely a rip off

This is the third time I purchased flower arrangements from this florist and I have only gotten praise and compliments from the recipients of the flowers. I purchased The Always There Arrangement for Mother's Day this time and the flowers were just like the photo and more importantly my mother loved them.
