We ordered four meals from The Breakfast Shoppe totaling $85 (with delivery and fees it came to $118). Unfortunately, the quality didn’t match the price.
The fried potatoes/hash browns were burnt in spots, which hurt the flavor of the whole portion. There wasn’t much of them to begin with, and what was there was cut very thin like potato chips rather than hearty breakfast potatoes. They also lacked the onions and bell peppers you’d normally expect in a breakfast potato mix, which made them feel plain.
The eggs and Benedict sauce were also underwhelming. The sauce was bland and lacked the rich, creamy texture you expect from a good hollandaise. On top of that, the eggs-with-meat dish we ordered was missing its bread entirely, so the meal felt incomplete.
The Florentine Benny, which cost $22, arrived looking as if it had been tossed without care into a clam-shell to-go tray. The spinach was overcooked and watery, which made the English muffin soggy. For a dish at this price point, the portion size was small, the presentation was sloppy, and the flavors were disappointing.
Overall, it seems odd that for more than $20 per entrée, customers receive small portions, bland eggs, missing items, and poorly assembled dishes. That said, we’ve heard good things about The Breakfast Shoppe and would be willing to give them another try — perhaps this time dining in at the restaurant to see if the experience is better than delivery.

Everything except the pancakes were extremely greasy. How you make eggs greasy is beyond me. For the prices they charge, you with think they'd cook things well. Disappointing all around.

I'd gotten the Signature Scrambler and an order of Grits. Neither were terribly good, and the grits were both completely unseasoned and watery. The onion jam on the Signature Scrambler was the best part of my meal.
