Not sure what happened to this gem, but it's not what it once was. Chicken was thiner than a tortilla and dry, crust is different. Bread is not the same and overall sandwich is smaller for the same price. MacNCheese probably straight out of a frozen box. Sad to see :(

The Original Chicken Sandwich is great as always, Southern seasoning is a bit bland though.
Fried Pickles are negative stars. No breading, floppy, poor taste. Just awful and not what you think of when you think "pickle chips"

Southern Style Chicken Sandwich was okay. The chicken was cooked well but the entire sandwich was lacking flavor. Pimento cheese wasnt noticeable. Needs more salt / flavor / seasoning.

I’ve been ordering from Budlong for years, and I’ve been a satisfied customer. Today I received my order for the tenders and overall, the tenders are tiny. Especially considering the price, one looks like a dang nugget. I have a picture to prove it! Do better, as a longtime customer it’s unfortunate the quality has decreased as price has increased.
