Best burger in the Puna area. Fast and friendly service. I would higly recommend the triple patty burger if you have a large appetite. The meat tasted very fresh with the perfect blend of seasoning and sauce.

The bacon avocado burgers were fine. however, I ordered what was supposed to be a double olive burger. It had no olives just a sort of olive sauce and it only had one patty. I have been a loyal customer here since they opened and I called to express the problem, only got an AI bot that took my complaint and I never heard back from the Bus...I'm not angry, just disappointed. I had just had surgery and wanted nothing more than Burger Bus. This saddened me, I simply hope there is more attention paid and possibly a human response from the actual management. I still recommend the restaurant and understand that mistakes happen. I hope this helps. Aloha

First off, They do not seem to communicate well with their third party vendors, like Doordash because this was the 2nd time that I have ordered a drink and it not be available to begin with. Had I seen on the app that the ginger ale was indeed not available, I probably would've just got the Combo With No Drink. Lastly, Their combo fries that they had given us, look close to a SMALL FRIES and I did order two Large Combos with Fries. I paid sixty something dollars and appreciate that my food to be made with Aloha and Pride. Please work on it.
