My first time ordering from here and I am disappointed. The best part of the meal was the fries but I didn't receive my seasoned fries, just two orders of regular fries. On top of that, I was given the wrong drink and the substituted drink is absolutely rancid. From the taste to the curdled look. I was looking forward to a fresh burger too. I will say the Feel the Burn Burger was seasoned quite well but a bit soggy.

The Bacon Me Crazy Cheeseburger was on spot but flavorless and the Mad for Mozza Burger looked nothing like the picture it was missing the meat patty and was on a Texas toast bread.

The amount of french fries and onion rings was pathetic. They need to add extra choices such as mayo. I wanted mayo on my mushroom burger but there wasnt an option. Not even able to write requests. So I opted to try the all American sauce. Which tastes like tomato soup with seasoning. Disgusting. Add more options to be able to make the burger the way it is actually wanted.

I will not order here again! I got 8 small onion rings burgersas small copared to Whataburger And if you want to know about cheesecake the size for the same price go to Chili 's plus you put thm all in onecontainer I guess you assumed one person wasnt leaving with food! However your box was excellent and the few onion rings we had were good. SUGGESTION SELL CHEESE STICKS MY DAUGHTER GOT A BURGER WITH THEM ON IT AND WOULD HAVE ORDERED MORE IF SHE HAD THAT OTION! Going to whatabuger from now on.ty
