OMG!!! I don't EVER write reviews!! The burger was AMAZING!! It was still hot and tasted so fresh and juicy!! Yes still hot as if I was there served in the restaurant! My fries were cold which I expected to be, yet still edible with a great flavor. They werent just plan cold fries! This was my first experience and wont be the last!! I really enjoyed The food!! GREAT PORTION SIZE for sure! I domt need a double burger from here!! VERY FILLING!

I've ordered from here a few times and the first times were REALLY good. However the past 2 times, ive noticed a decline in the quality of their food. The size of my buger doesn't even fit the bread anymore, the lettuce is wilted as if it cooked with the burger, and multiple items were missing from my order. Super annoying considering a burger here is almost $20. Don't know what's happened, but hopefully they get back to how they were before

Is this really a virtual brand? I was skeptical when I saw the odd little box it came in, wondering if it was like, going to be chinese food, but it was like an incredible present that transported me back in time to a beloved diner. These burgers are absolutely incredible, and their onion rings are incredible, too. The fees associated with this are totally worth it, just wow.

burger was dry, overcooked and bun was soggy, lettuce was old and tasted unfresh, the mushroom & Swiss burger I had ordered in the past was amazing, this Build Me Up Burger, was terrible. the Chocolate Milk Shake was pretty good though. All said though, this meal wasn't worth the $24....I wouldn't have paid $10 for this burger.

The burger itself was crumbling, lettuce wilted and bun beyond soggy. I have never ordered from this place before but I received literally 1 handful of fries with the burger. 100% not worth the price.
I also ordered a vanilla shake. And found out from my dasher at pick up that they were out of vanilla ice cream and unable to send it. (I'm sure it happens at plenty of places. However- an added frustration to a disappointing order.
