They have a good burger and fries it would be greatif they followed the instructions,,they keep sending me bacon and salad on a mushroom burger that it's not supposed to have them.

The burger is pretty tasty. Good portion . Apparently the way the app is configured is confusing.  You click if you want no lettuce/no onions / no tomatoes/no pickles. I wanted everything so I didn't press the radio button  and I added avocado. I got no lettuce, tomatoes or onions, I got the avocado. Pretty good Build Me Up Burger better if I had gotten all the ingredients.  The shake was excellent. The New York Style Cheesecake was also good. If the package smaller or tailored to the cake pieces the would arrive in better shape.

Worst burguers ive had in a long time. Completely tasteless, bad temperature ( wrap em up in foil) , burnt bread and 0 condiments.

This was a great burger, the fries were nice and crispy and they even got the order right this time, its worth it if they keep it like this.

I’m very disappointed with my order. I ordered onion rings and the container only came with 2 onion rings inside. I know this item is not supposed to come like this. It honestly looks like part of the order was eaten or tampered with before it arrived.

I paid full price for this meal and did not receive what I ordered. I would like a full refund or compensation for this item immediately. This experience was unacceptable.
