I got a burrito with carnitas, black beans, rice, guacamole, and sour cream. And I got an extra tortilla. The tortilla was buttery, stretchy, and crispy on the edges (very good), and all of the fillings tasted amazing. I normally get a similar burrito from Pancheros, but this was way better.

First time ordering from here, and I'll admit ordering delivery 20 minutes before closing probably didn't earn me any bonus points. But wow... this place feels like the Temu version of Chipotle.
I ordered a steak burrito with extra steak, and I'm pretty sure the cow was listed as "featured guest." There were maybe... MAYBE three bites of steak in the entire burrito. I've found more meat in a gas station breakfast burrito.
Then came the plot twist: charging extra for cheese on an already $15 burrito. At that price, I expected the cheese to come from a pampered Swiss cow with its own retirement plan.
Overall, if you're craving Chipotle but want the budget knockoff experience, this place has you covered.

the Quesadilla and Corn In a Cup are really good. the Burrito & Taco though used to be much better. Also having 3 tacos instead of 2. super pricey for the Burrito & Taco mix. I've only lived here a year and the price has gone up quite a bit.

Best Mexican restaurant in Muscatine, by far!!! Meat tastes authentically Mexican, veggies are always fresh, and the super hot salsa is the ONLY hot sauce that makes me sweat! The food is amazing, but what really makes this restaurant stand out is how incredible the customer service is! The owner is super friendly and very patient to newcomers and explaining the menu. Definitely coming back again and again!

Burrito Factory always has the freshest ingredients! I love getting tacos or a burrito to take home and eat! That little burrito is enough for 2 meals for me!
