Ordered and Requested a message to be written on the cake...not done - box was taped up and I asked to see it - when I asked why there's no writing she admitted they never do it for online orders - if I didn't ask to see the cake I wouldn't have known until I got home - but they also don't disclose that to you - wouldn't been a happy surprise when I got home - so I was told it will cost a extra $3 for the writing while I wait
had to pay a extra $3 for the writing to be done while I wait in the store -
When I asked why they didn't call me like it says on the app (if theres issues with the writing) was told they were too busy (3 people waiting)
also the cake cost in store is $30
- it cost me $53 to order and pick up - won't be buying here again
- Looks nothing like the picture
