The Chicken Fried Steak sandwich was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The meat was so much bigger than the bun, it could have been two sandwiches. There were many condiments to choose from so it would be easy to change up the flavor on future versions.

I always enjoy The Capitol Downtown Bar food. The onion rings are hearty and crunchy. The serving is plentiful.
The funnel cake.straws arrived hot as if they had just been made. They are crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The sprinkling of powdered sugar make the perfect touch of sweetness but the caramel topping just puts them in the decadent category.

This was a great burger. Cooked just right, and made exactly as ordered.
The pork green chile was a great side for the burger. And when they say pork green chile, they mean it. Loaded with chunks of pork. I like my green chile a bit spicier, but it was great.

had the Cuban and it was amazing! loaded with meat and the pork was super on point! Got it with the curly fries and it was close to heaven! Highly recommen!

Excessive amount of mustard seeds made the sandwich inedible. Real shame too because what I could eat of the meats was delicious. Maybe just use regular mustard and skip the seeds, they ruined the whole thing.
