Classic White Sturgeon was mushy, texture was off. Ordered Paddlefish and Hackleback also to have a side by side tasting comparison with a friend but you were out of Hackleback so I was refunded. Would have been nice if someone called to see if there was anything my else we wanted in place of what was missing from order.
