I got the butter chicken hoagie but I will say the photos are definitely ai. The fries are sweet potato wedges. (i think? I cant tell they were overly toasted) and the sandwich is not like the pictures whatsoever. It tastes good but it didnt match what my eyes had a taste for.

Ordered the Butter Chicken Penne and Tandoori Fried Chicken. The Tandoori Fried Chicken only had 2 drumsticks instead of the 3 it should have had. The Butter Chicken Penne barely tasted like butter chicken which was easily the most disappointing part.

Hmmm 🤔 I guess in being fair and my reviews I've got to be able to offer critique when necessary. Chai Wala exists in the inexpensive food, rapid delivery space and that might explain the experience I had.
I ordered Butter Chicken Penne based on my desire to enjoy some chicken while at the same time expecting expecting what I saw in the photo.
I was more than a bit disappointed that I ended up with a reddish dish which was approximately 98% Penne and 2% Chicken (minus any hint of butter)... to make it even more dissatisfying was the serving size.
Therefore I can only give Chai Wala 3 stars because is definitely room for improvement.

most of the Cheesy Korma Fries were hard the Butter Chicken Hoagie was decent but it was drenched in sauce making the bread soggy and wet

The items said they came with fries but I got chips that were pretty spicy instead. I didn't realize I was getting 1 leg of chicken. The Butter Chicken Hoagie tasted good but presentation seemed very different from picture. I was expecting more than just the butter chicken like the image on the menu showed.
