• 5/13/23Cakes are nice, as they should be. In store service is always lacking at Aspley so I ordered online. Service was just as bad - driver seemed to do multiple other drops first and when they finally arrived the cakes had been tumbled and the icing had seperated and stuck to the lid. I prefer any other cheesecake shop to this one.

• 10/10/26I ordered a Black Forest cake for a birthday, expecting a complete cake as shown in the product photo. To my surprise, only half a cake arrived!
The menu simply shows “H” without clearly explaining that it means half a cake. The product photo also shows a full cake, which is misleading.
This was particularly disappointing because the cake was intended for a birthday celebration. Customers should be clearly informed that they are purchasing half a cake, especially when the advertised photo shows a whole one.
Very disappointed with the experience. I would not have ordered it had the description been clear.

• 9/10/24The quality of the cakes decreased since I've last ordered, which was 1 year ago. The cake was dry and the cream was somewhat watery, not sure why. We couldn't finish ours.
