• 1/4/26The Tiramisu Tortes & Gateaux Quarter is little plain but still good, however the red velvet Cheesecake-Lamington (4 Pack) is where it's at. These are my absolute FAVOURITE every time.

• 8/16/25The store clearly knew the Candyland Birthday Cake (Midi) had issues with the frosting, yet still went ahead and delivered it. There wasn’t any broken frosting in the box, which means the frosting was already missing before the cake left the store. 0/10 customer service and very poor ethical standards. Pay for 100$ for this, not recommend everyone to buy from this bakery

• 3/5/26store missed an item and had extremely rude customer service. store did not resolve the issue. store member Vini in particular was extremely rude and hang up my phone call

• 2/24/25I ordered two cakes: one Tropical Torte for $59.95 and one Belgian Double Chocolate Mudcake for $69.95. Additionally, I requested a "Happy Birthday" sign on the Belgian Double Chocolate Mudcake and paid an additional $6 for this service. However, the sign was not included as requested.
