I always get the delicious Classic Grilled Cheese. The last 3 times I've ordered there hasn't been any landjaeger sausage in the mac and cheese so I asked if they would please add it back in the mac and cheese and they were so kind to do so. If you love cheese as much as I do you will never be disappointed when ordering from this restaurant.

Food arrived on my doorstep with my lid popped off, all other restaurants sticker their food to prevent this. Stale chips, and the bread was so hard it chipped my tooth... Mac and cheese is amazing as always but wow.
$20 for more then half of my meal to be unedible.

I have had their Classic Grilled Cheese with mac n cheese combo before, but in store, and it was heavenly. It's definitely not as good delivered. The sandwich itself was tasty, but not warm at all. The bread was yummy. It was grilled nicely, and didn't scratch my mouth up. And the cheese inside was delicious, even if it wasn't melty. I guess I'm just confused by how cold it was... like not even a little bit warm. The Mac n cheese, while it tasted good, was cold as well. Like they just took it right out of the cooler and put in the box for delivery. So for it to be enjoyed, I had to microwave it. Not a huge deal, but also confusing and inconvenient if I didn't have a way to warm it. Maybe it was due to my order being placed right before 11am, they just didn't have the time to warm it? Or, that's just how they do it for delivery.
I will say, for the price, you do get a good amount of food. The sandwich is BIG and full of cheese, and the Mac n cheese portion was enough for two servings. When ordering from the door dash menu, it shows it was going to come with a bag of chips, which I did not receive. That's a bummer.
All in all, decent food with lots of yummy cheese and food flavor. But I probably won't order delivery from here again.

Every time I order I feel like I'm taking a gamble in quality, but I always hope for the best. My sandwich came loose in the box, when it's normally wrapped. I didn't receive silverware, and the sandwich itself had so little toppings it felt like I was just eating fancy toast. When they're good, they're great, but more often than not, recently, it's been a disappointment. I hope they go back to being as great and consistent as they were a few years ago.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over three years, but my recent experiences have been a massive letdown. Out of the two orders I've placed this year, both were either cold, missing items, or poorly prepared. While I still enjoy the flavors, the lack of consistency makes it impossible to justify the price anymore. I'd love to come back, but the quality needs to match the cost.
On a side note, nuts aren't allowed in my household due to allergies. I understand substituting due to not having it in stock, next time just contact the customer.
