The chicken is always fresh, seasoned well, and never over-cooked! Really like their batter for frying chicken. The mac n' cheese bites are sinfully good, get them every time.

Heard some great things about this place until I placed my order one day and it wasn't up to my standard when it comes to fried chicken. I got the 12 piece mango habanero wings. I thought it would taste like Bdubs, but it didn't even come close one bit. The sauce was very sweet and I didn't even taste any kick in it at all. How they fried the chicken and coated it with their sauce there was a lot of confusion. Most of the spots were soggy. The only thing I liked about them is the 8 piece shack bites that I ordered. It was well seasoned and crispy. Other than that, I won't be placing any orders in the future.

My Original Buffalo Chicken Fries once again came undercooked, the fries are just soft, not even remotely could be described as crispy. The chicken is especially dry tonight. And it's all ironic because you made my door dasher wait for 15 minutes while you prepared it fresh, But I guess fresh is both undercooked AND overcooked.

I ordered the 5 piece tenders. You get a lot of chicken for each tender. But man are they the most bland chicken fingers. The fries are pretty good and they give you a lot of them as well.

Usually things are fine, but tonight things just werent cooked properly. My fries in the Original Buffalo Chicken Fries were underdone and still had that raw potato taste. When you send out underdone fries in a box, they arrive steamed. Even worse. My Fried Pickles were the same story, they were not properly drained, so they basiclly arrived like they were steamed too. All around tonight wa a soggy mess.
