I always order the BLT and usually it is soo good. This time it was gross. Lettuce was tossed on and looked old. Not many bacon slices and didnt taste toasted at all.

My shake came with an open top. It should be sealed up. This is gross. While my dasher was great, how can I know if anything landed in the shake between pick up and delivery.
