I had never had Chocolate Factory before, but work with quite a few people who are obsessed with it....so decided to try it. OMG. I GET IT!!!! I have now had it three times in a month! I've dined in at the Waukesha location and ordered Door Dash from the Oconomowoc location. All orders have been correct and they have done a great job of following special instructions on my delivery orders. Such good food! The Italian Beef is my absolute favorite, but The Phoenix is a close second. And the Hot Giardiniera is AMAZING!!!!

"Mini" Buffalo Chicken & "Mini" The Phoenix were excellent. I was expecting the bottles of Izze, so when the 8oz cans were wrapped in the bag I thought my order was wrong, but great experience overall.

Turkey breast seems to have changed to a smoked variety, which isn't my preference, and would have been nice if the menu specified that. But the bread is always on point--the best sub bread around, in my opinion. Chocolate shake was delightful and hit the spot on a humid day!
