Portillo's had always been my go to, but I wanted a better Italian Beef, even though in the past that yielded disaster. I took the leap, and it was worth the risk to go from meh to great! The sandwich and tots were legit hot (okay, I live close, but sometimes that doesn't even matter) when I got them, and the beef, yum, actually tasted like fresh beef, dipped just the way I like it. Everything was well wrapped, too, so no juicy mess in the bag.

The Chicago style Chicago Style Philly Steak Sandwich was absolutely delightful! I got extra cheese and I highly recommend. It was well made and very craveable. I'll be getting the exact same sandwich again.

Not worth the value. Our order consisted of a chicago hotdog, chicken sandwich, two corn dogs and two orders fries. Between that, delivery fee and tip it was over $70. the fries and sandwich were ok, nothing special. The corn dogs were the same you'd get in a jumbo freezer box. The Chicago Dog was just gross. The chili on it was bland and so runny that in the 10 minutes it took my dasher to arrive after pickup the bun had pretty much disintegrated. With the "chicago hot dog" being such an iconic food item one has to try when visiting the city and the price that was paid i was hoping for something far better than what was recieved

The cheese fries are to die for. The hot dogs have the perfect snap. If you are looking for fast and tasty this is your place

The gyros are well made. It is what can be expected in a fast food place. The onion rings were excellent. Overall, packaging was good.
