This is one of the best coffees. I wish I could say when I order it, but I would like it made as hot as possible so when it arrives it isnt cold. However I cannot specify that to them.

Coffee bean and tea leaf is one of my favorite coffee chains- that being said, they consistently mess up when it comes to ordering off of apps like doordash. Drinks often come incorrectly made or poorly packaged and spilled. I ordered an Energy|Mixed Berry Energy Tea and got some random other unsweetened tea in a completely different size. Just order in person and make sure they get it right, because they usually don't with mobile orders

I Oder the same thing every day. I get a good coffee - as in it has enough vanilla powder etc - rarely !

We would appreciate it if we had been told there were no bagels left, instead we received only the coffee cake. A call to tell us would have meant we could pick something else. Thank you
