Can you guys please package your lattes and iced drinks more secure? Everytime I order here my coffee is spilled all in the bag because the lid (sip section) is not taped shut like other coffee shops. The drink is so good though :( <3

The Sandwiches & Wraps|Bacon Egg Cheese English Muffin was the sorriest excuse for a breakfast sandwich. The bacon was thin, flimsy and barely cooked. Not to mention, it's about the size of your palm. Coffee was delicious but hard pass on the sandwich.

Food & drinks taste good. This is feedback for how the items were packaged. Drinks and hot food should be bagged separately. Two cold drinks in one bag. And two hot foods in another bag. The hot food next to an iced cold drink not only melts the ice & it makes the food cold.

The Cold Brew|Vietnamese Cold Brew Coffee at this particular coffee bean does not taste the same as other Coffee Beans. I don't know what they do differently but it's a huge difference.
The Oatmeal & Cereal|Overnight Oats are very tasty and filling.
