The Pastries|Sprinkles Cookie was horrible. It was hard and not at all tasty or warm. The Bagels & Spreads|Plain Bagel seemed old, and their cream cheese is unusually nasty. The Caramel Ice Blended® drink was very good and the only good part of the order. However at 8.15 it's smaller and more expensive than Starbucks. The taste is equally good, but not better.

The Cookie Butter latte was made really well...did not go overboard on the flavoring added just the right amount. The White Mocha latte was lightened too much. Coffee Bean really should offer an additional option on DoorDash for powder, being "Slightly Lightened (3/4 powder)" because "Half powder" is often way too lightened. Or at least allow for "Special Instructions" to be filled in.

the cup for my jumbo iced coffee was literally 50% ice by volume. I was disappointed for the first time with my coffee
