Ordered an iced coffee with SF syrup. Coffee arrived with no cover over the drinking hole, dasher was nice enough to put a napkin over it because he was worried. Coffee, syrup, and creamer weren't combined at all so it was just in layers. Needed to shake it to combine it but since there's no covering on the drinking hole, it was messy. Coffee is good, could stand to go a little heavier on syrups in it though because they are barely there.
