The bagel I asked for to be toasted came to me with lines similar to a panini press. This is fine but what wasn't is the bagel was chewy. Not crispy at all. Probably because the box they use was wet inside. Not just damp but actual water drops all over the inside of the box. My coffee does not have even a faint taste of sugar free toasted marshmallow syrup. I know what that tastes like as I have it here at home. My soda bomb was ordered without ice. As soon as I picked it up, I heard the ice. Very underwhelmed. Will stick to driving to a different local coffee shop. Was not worth the almost $20 I spent.

First time trying the Red Velvet Latte with Sweet Cream Cold Foam and it was fantastic.. also it's giving *vampire* vibes with these colors! Loveeee

ordered a large tea bomb and received this size. not sure of their different sizes, but I paid a total of $8 and some odd cents for what looks to be a small.

Please don't sell anymore of that chicken salad unless you're willing to eat a whole sandwich yourself to see how horrible it tastes. Tasted like old, canned chicken with absolutely no seasoning. Why is there no option for almond milk in the iced macchiato? Coconut milk ruined it, but was the only option for plant based milk. Macchiato had a weird metallic/chemical taste. Also, what they consider a large drink is actually a small cup compared to other places like Dunkin. I wanted to try giving money to a local business this time but was let down by the poor quality.
